Nike推出東京奧運戰衣 主打環保材質
在奧運會開幕閉幕期間，國家隊之間穿上的制服一直都是話題之一。雖然之前曾傳出因全球武漢冠狀病毒疫情可能影響東京奧運的舉行，但作為美國國家隊的指定合作夥伴，Nike照樣於日前就在紐約的發佈會中，正式公布2020年東京奧運的運動服及產品系列，且命名為「Medal Stand」系列，即是國家隊運動員在登上頒獎台上時登上的隊服，對於肯定獲獎無數的美國而言，絕對是霸氣的証明！
隨著氣候危機的影響，品牌致力於保護環境及對運動未來的承諾。此款2020年東京奧運隊服將全面採用可持續性材料，以100％回收尼龍及100％回收聚酯纖維製成。這次重點推出的產品包括美國籃球隊隊服、先進的田徑裝備及新加入的滑板項目裝束。
這次東京奧運美國國家隊的服飾均以白色為主，紅藍為細節，在胸前和背後標記上 Nike 與「USA」字樣。
而Nike方面更宣佈今年將大力推動循環再造的環保材質，好似美國國家隊的褲款將以100％回收尼龍及100％回收聚酯纖維製成。
田徑運動衣採用全新Nike Dri-FIT Aeroswift物料製成，有助運動員排汗，以及減少厚度和衣物接縫增加舒適度。Dri-FIT的獨特結構與人體的自然冷卻系統互相配合，有助汗水平均分佈衣服表面，從而提升排汗功能。當汗水得以迅速蒸發，則有助運動員控制熱量和水分。此外，全新的Nike Dri-FIT Aeroswift物料採用了針織結構和微妙的脊線設計，創造出既透氣又可以隨運動員自身動作移動的服裝，這款新戰衣亦比過往的設計，多出25%的伸展力。
此外，今次美國國家隊運動員均穿上由搭載FlyEase科技製成的Nike VaporMax，這對VaporMax 當中的75%物料也是由循環再造的環保材質重製而成。
至於今夏首度登陸奧運舞台的滑板運動，Nike SB也會將可持續性環保材質，應用在美國、法國及巴西隊運動員服裝上，並採用100％再生聚酯纖維設計，以達到最大程度減少物料浪費，並表達出各國獨特的滑板文化。

Nike unveils US contingent’s uniform for Tokyo 2020 Games
With nearly six months to go for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, Nike has unveiled the apparel for Team USA. The team kit is for Summer Olympics and Paralympics.
The apparel, released on Wednesday, consists of a jacket and pants cropped short like joggers which the athletes will wear at the medals podium. The jacket is a reimagined version of Nike’s ‘Windrunner’ edition which was first introduced in 1979.

The clothes have been made from recycled materials. Jackets have been manufactured from 100-percent polyester while pants are 100-percent recycled nylon. The team logos are made Nike Grind materials which consist of recycled rubber, according to Team USA’s official website.
Nike has also unveiled a uniform of sports such as basketball, skateboarding, soccer and track and field. Basketball’s dress has been inspired from past. While U.S women’s team got a red uniform reminiscent of its popular design from the 1996 Games, the men will be donning a retro design with USA in blue over white underneath red shoulders.
The US soccer team will wear their traditional white home jersey with navy shorts and navy away kit. It is the away jersey that has received some midas touch from Nike. It features a camouflage-inspired design in lighter blue across the chest.
For the track and field, the apparel is a pattern of red, white and blue with matching compression sleeves.
Nike also unveiled uniforms of Brazil, Nigeria and Korea on Wednesday. The Olympics and Paralympics will be held in Tokyo from July 24- August 09, 2020.
